This notice explains how NR Event handles personal data submitted through nrevent.com, in line with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

What We Collect

When you submit the quote form, we process the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. The hosting server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security and troubleshooting.

Why We Process It

Form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and carry out related correspondence. The legal bases are the establishment of a contract and legitimate interest under KVKK Art. 5/2(c) and 5/2(f). We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Storage and Transfers

Form submissions are delivered by email to info@nrevent.com and kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, or longer where the law requires it. Your data is not transferred abroad.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies and does not run behavioural analytics. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; when they load, your browser sends a standard request (including your IP address) to Google's servers.

Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether we process your personal data, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages. Send requests to info@nrevent.com; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
